Waitemata’s Manuka blend honey is our most affordable and best quality Multifloral Honey and is suitable for daily use by the whole family. This honey blend is less potent than pure monofloral Manuka honey and typically has an MG content of 50-100 mg/kg. However, the honey blend still contains at least 20% pure Manuka honey and possesses some health and wellness benefits.
Direction for Use : Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily for general health

Contra Indication : Honey may not be suitable for infants 12 month and below, diabetic and those allergic to pollen.
