Ingredients
- 1-inch fresh young ginger root (peeled, sliced)
- 1 cup water (boiling)
- 1/2 lemon – (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoon honey (raw, unpasteurized)
- 2 mint leave (optional)

Instructions
- Pour 1 cup boiling water over the ginger and let it steep for 3 minutes
