Most of us already know that yogurt and honey provide good health benefits, but you can actually get more good stuff from them if you mix them together! This combo is not only good for the body—it’s amazing on the skin as well.
- 2 to 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups toasted Almonds / Walnuts
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Honey
- Stir together yogurt.
- Layer alternately with remaining ingredients into 4 to 6 glasses, beginning with yogurt and ending with Almonds / Walnuts and Honey.
